1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hi@realmforge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content & Ownership

3.1 Creator Content

You own your games, stories, and content. Realmforge does not claim ownership. However, by using the Services you grant Realmforge the rights necessary to host, display, modify, or remove such content as needed to operate, improve, or moderate the platform. Users acknowledge that such actions may occur without liability to Realmforge.

3.2 License Grant

By posting or creating content through the Services, you grant Realmforge a worldwide, non‑exclusive, irrevocable, royalty‑free, fully paid license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

If you choose to share content publicly, you also grant other users of the Services the right to view, access, and interact with such content in accordance with these Terms.

Regardless of visibility settings, you grant Realmforge the right to use your content, including inputs and derived data, to provide, develop, and improve the Services.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your content, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

Realmforge is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from your content.

3.4 Platform Development & Service Changes

Realmforge is an evolving platform. As we improve and update the Services, games or content may be modified, broken, or deleted. This right to make changes is accepted as part of the Creator's grant in Section 3.1, and users acknowledge that Realmforge may exercise these rights without liability.

Realmforge does not guarantee the continued availability or integrity of any Creator content or game and is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Creators are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important content.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Create or share obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content. Such accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. The users are liable for any such infringement.
• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Realmforge or other users.

5. Player Experience

Players acknowledge that Realmforge games are AI-generated experiences, which may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable content.

By playing, you accept these risks and agree that Realmforge is not responsible for outcomes of gameplay or decisions made within games.

6. Intellectual Property (Realmforge)

Realmforge owns all rights in the platform itself, including its AI models, software, designs, and branding.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute Realmforge technology without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

• Realmforge collects limited personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell user data.

8. Termination

• Realmforge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without refunds.
• Realmforge may suspend and terminate accounts without cause but will then provide a refund for the current billing period.
• You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Realmforge does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent access to content.
• AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or not legally safe; you use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Realmforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Realmforge's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (i) amounts paid by you in the past 6 months, or (ii) $100.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the substantive law of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the SCC Arbitration Institute. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language of the proceedings shall be English, unless the parties agree otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

Realmforge may update these Terms at any time. Please check them periodically.

Material revisions take effect 30 days after notice, unless stated otherwise. For non-material changes, updates are effective immediately.

We may require you to accept new Terms to continue using the Services. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

13. DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with the DMCA. Send notices to hi@realmforge.ai with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
• Your contact information;
• A good-faith statement of infringement; and
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

If you believe that your removed content was not infringing, you may send us a counter-notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material in accordance with the DMCA.
