Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Realmforge. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hi@realmforge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.1 Creator Content

You retain ownership of your games, stories, and content. Realmforge does not claim ownership of Creator content.

By using the Services, you grant Realmforge the rights necessary to:

• Host content
• Display content
• Modify content
• Remove content

These actions may be taken as needed to operate, improve, or moderate the platform. Users acknowledge that such actions may occur without liability to Realmforge.

3.2 License Grant

By posting or creating content through the Services, you grant Realmforge a license that is:

• Worldwide
• Non-exclusive
• Irrevocable
• Royalty-free
• Fully paid (with the right to sublicense)

This license allows Realmforge to:

• Host and store content
• Reproduce content
• Adapt content for technical formatting
• Distribute and publicly display content
• Otherwise use content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services

If you choose to share content publicly, other users may view, access, and interact with it in accordance with these Terms. Regardless of visibility settings, you grant Realmforge the right to use your content (including inputs and derived data) to provide, develop, and improve the Services.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

• You are solely responsible for your content.
• You must ensure your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• Realmforge is not liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising from your content.

3.4 Platform Development & Service Changes

Realmforge is an evolving platform. As the Services improve or update, games or content may be modified, may break, or may be deleted.

Users may not:

• Create or share obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content. Accounts engaging in such behavior may be suspended or terminated.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights. Users are solely liable for any such infringement.
• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Realmforge or other users.

Realmforge games are AI-generated experiences. Gameplay may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable content. By playing, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Realmforge is not responsible for gameplay outcomes or decisions made within games.

Realmforge owns all rights to the platform itself, including:

• AI models
• Software
• Designs
• Branding

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute Realmforge technology without written permission.

Realmforge collects limited personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. Realmforge does not sell user data.

Realmforge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without refunds.

Realmforge may also suspend or terminate accounts without cause. In such cases, a refund will be provided for the current billing period.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Realmforge makes no warranties of any kind.

Realmforge does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Permanent access to content

AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or legally unsafe. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Realmforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Realmforge's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of: (i) amounts paid by you in the past 6 months, or (ii) $100.

These Terms are governed by the substantive law of the State of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration.

• Rules: Expedited Procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Seat of arbitration: Dover, Delaware, USA
• Language: English, unless otherwise agreed by the parties

Realmforge may update these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.

• Material changes take effect 30 days after notice, unless stated otherwise.
• Non-material changes take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Services may require acceptance of updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Realmforge respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the DMCA. DMCA notices should be sent to hi@realmforge.ai and must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Counter-notices. If you believe removed content was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Realmforge may reinstate the material in accordance with the DMCA.
